This lovely holiday apartment in Costa Blanca, Spain is very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and amenities. For the best experience, we recommend it for up to 4 guests, but it can accommodate max 5 guests.

If interested in learning Spanish, we can arrange for a Spanish tutor for private lessons at the apartment or online. Please ask for details.
4 mins walk to the blue flag beach Playa del Cura, promenade, and restaurants.

2 bedrooms: 1 double (large bed size 150cm x 190cm), and 1 twin (2 single beds 90cm x 190cm).
All beds are new and have premium mattresses and pillows/duvets.

Google Home - each room has a Google smart speaker that can answer your questions/requests, play music and translate in English/Spanish.

Night lights - there are 2 night lights (in the bathroom and 2nd bedroom).

Through the front door, you have the living/dining room and kitchen.

Leading off of the living room you have the balcony with patio table and 4 patio chairs and beach gear.
The main bedroom has a large premium double bed (size 190cm x 150cm), fitted mirror wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside cabinets, reading light, blood pressure monitor, digital thermometer, 2 bedside lamps, a chest of drawers, mirror, aircon unit. The bedroom also benefits from 4 built-in USB charging points, HoMedics back and neck massager.
The second bedroom has 2 premium single beds, a bedside cabinet, 1 fan or heater for the winter months, TV with international channels and 2 built-in USB sockets.
The bathroom with bathtub, over the bath shower, large mirror with lights, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, wall cabinet, smart scale, shelves, and a fan extractor.
Parking is on the street.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Also, we have a variety of board games and beach gear.
No-smoking in the property (including the use of e-cigarettes/vapers), smoking permitted only outside. No pets. No teenage groups.
For your safety, there is a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.
The holiday apartment benefits from a Yale safe and a leather jewellery box if you feel like keeping your valuable items in a safe.
